内容介绍：

美国总统奥巴马（ Barack Obama）昨日在白宫举行拉丁音乐会，表扬拉丁美洲音乐文化及艺人，出席者包括珍妮花洛庇丝（ Jennifer Lopez）和「靓太」伊娃隆歌莉亚（ Eva Longoria）等，为庄严的白宫平添热闹缤纷。墨西哥女歌手 Thalia献唱时更走下台邀奥巴马共舞，又大赞他有男人味。

奥巴马上任后致力发扬美国音乐文化，今年 6月及 7月已分别在白宫举行过爵士及乡谣音乐会，昨日则在白宫南草坪举行名为「 Fiesta Latina」的户外拉丁音乐会，向拉丁美洲音乐文化及艺人致敬，吸引 400名官绅出席。

昨日有份参演的多为古巴、墨西哥及波多黎各裔艺人，除珍妮花洛庇丝与老公 Marc Anthony及 Jose Feliciano外，还有 Gloria Estefan、乐队 Los Lobos及 Aventura等。伊娃隆歌莉亚、谐星 George Lopez及 Jimmy Smits则担任司仪。

身为主人家的奥巴马、第一夫人米歇尔（ Michelle Obama）与两个女儿均是座上客，奥巴马致辞时指拉丁音乐体现了美国精神，他说︰「尽管拉丁音乐有不同的形态，经历多番进化，但它教人认识希望与快乐， 让我们感动及进步。拉丁音乐象征了美国伟大之处，就是创新之余宣扬了大同精神。」

之后各嘉宾艺人合作演绎了不同风格的新旧拉丁乐曲，包括《 Oye Como Va》及《 La Bamba》等， Marc大唱其拉丁流行热作，墨西哥女歌手 Thalia演绎《 Amor a la Mexicana》时更走落台邀请奥巴马共舞，并大赞他有男人味。唱到《 Mi Tierra》时奥巴马更举家上台客串，据悉这首讲古巴移民离乡别井的 50年代作品是奥巴马的最爱，他的 iPod内也有这首歌。

当晚演出的歌曲还包括了拉丁摇滚、西班牙古典乐甚至街头音乐 Reggaeton，正如奥巴马所讲体现了文化融和，伊娃更自豪地说︰「将来我们会有拉丁裔的总统。」据悉下月奥巴马会在白宫办古典音乐会。  

"In Performance at the White House: Fiesta Latina" is a concert hosted by the President and Mrs. Obama on the South Lawn of the White House. The program celebrates Hispanic musical heritage and includes performances by Marc Anthony, Jimmy Smits, Eva Longoria Parker, Pete Escovedo, Gloria Estefan, José Feliciano, George Lopez, Thalía, Tito "El Bambino", the Bachata music group Aventura, and the Chicano rock band Los Lobos, with Sheila E. as the musical director. The sixty-minute program aired October 15, 2009 at 8 p.m. ET on PBS stations nationwide.

President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will honor Hispanic Heritage month by hosting a celebration of Hispanic musical heritage, called "In Performance at the White House: Fiesta Latina," the White House announced today.

The concert, which will be held next Tuesday, October 13th, will be the latest installment of the White House Music Series. It will feature artists such as Marc Anthony, Gloria Estefan, Chicano rock band Los Lobos, and comedian George Lopez. Latin American chef Maricel Presilla will be a guest chef for the event.

The event will take place on the South Lawn of the White House, and will be streamed live on the White House Web site. It will be broadcast nationwide on public TV stations the following Thursday, October 15th, and on Telemundo the following Sunday. In addition, it will be aired on V-Me, a Spanish public network, on Christmas Day.
